Dear Secretary,

 

Please note that it is essential that the ETTA individual registration forms are completed and

 

handed in with the subscriptions on payment night (26th August 2009) as they will also

 

confirm registration with the Oldham League for the season 2009-10. In addition,

 

completion and registration ensures insurance cover.

 

A player will not be registered to play (first matches week commencing 7th September

 

2009) unless the ETTA form is completed and in the hands of the match secretary.

 

Please make every effort to get your players to complete the forms which were distributed at

 

the AGM. Blank copies are obtainable from the League website. Click here

 

The club ranking form, which was sent to you with the AGM information in May/June,

 

should also be handed in on 26th August.
